Project Management
Acting for the owner
A project management consultancy runs a project on the owner's behalf: setting the contracting strategy, running the tenders, supervising the contractors and reporting to the client. In this role we are not the contractor, so our recommendations are shaped by the owner's interests rather than by our own construction workload. We take projects on from the outset and also step into projects already under way.

EPC Delivery
Single-contract delivery
As EPC contractor we carry the project from engineering through procurement, site works and construction to commissioning and handover. Interface management between disciplines, vendors and subcontractors sits with us, and the client deals with one accountable party throughout.

Engineering & Design
Design for construction
We take facilities from the initial study to a design that is ready for construction, applying international codes while accounting for the conditions the project will meet on site: climate, logistics, local content requirements, buildability and operability.

Oil & Gas
Processing facilities, storage and terminals, pipelines and utilities. Work on operating assets, including brownfield tie-ins, modifications and debottlenecking, is planned around production, permits and shutdown windows.
Relevant experience: an LPG terminal constructed, commissioned and operated in Djibouti; tank farm renovation in Mombasa; storage tank construction and truck loading gantry renovation in Egypt; ongoing MRO supply to TotalEnergies in Kenya and drill bits supplied to Tullow Oil for exploration drilling in Turkana.
Food & Beverage
Processing and packaging plants: production and filling lines, process utilities, steam, compressed air, refrigeration and cold chain, hygienic design, and factory expansions phased around a plant that has to keep running.
Relevant experience: a long-standing supply relationship with East African Breweries covering process equipment and laboratory supplies.
Commercial & Industrial Construction
Warehousing and logistics facilities, light manufacturing, industrial parks and commercial developments. Civil, structural and MEP scopes are managed as one construction programme against a single cost and schedule baseline.
Relevant experience: USD 45 million of shore power and electrical infrastructure delivered across 28 ferry terminal sites in England and Scotland, and a USD 17 million ammonia storage terminal in Casablanca, all project-managed under EPC contracts.
